Message from the Dean of Higher Education

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the International College of Engineering and Management. I have been associated with the College for a number of years during which time it has developed a close partnership with the University of Central Lancashire, one of the UK's largest and most progressive Universities. I worked for the university for 10 years, and now as Dean of ICEM I look forward to an exciting future for the College and all its students.

Between the two institutions we have created a range of Higher Education Courses which are unique in Oman and , in some cases, unique in the Middle East. These Courses build upon the International experience and reputation of the University but are tailored to the special requirements of major employers and students in the region. All courses are run in close collaboration with the industry so that they are relevant, up to date and prepare students for excellent career opportunities.

The International College of Engineering & Management has an excellent reputation, built upon the highly professional staff and industrially relevant courses. If you decide to become a student of the College, I can promise you that you will be treated with courtesy and respect from all of us, you will learn in a creative and stimulating environment and you will be listened to when you have problems or suggestions for improvements.
